Merryl Roche was born in Annecy in 1987.
In 2014, she directed her first short fiction film entitled Rash. Entirely autoproduced, it had great reviews on papers like L'Ecran Fantastique or websites like foundfootagecritic.com. The film was also selected to be part of several festivals.
In 2017, she won the short film project contest organised by the festival Côté court in Pantin with her short film project entitled Haute cuisine. As a result, she got the support of the French public channel France 2.
